1st Course: Glazed Pork Belly Skewers with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Local Root Beer Glaze, and Charred Brussel Sprouts

2nd Course: Gazpacho From The Farm with Whipped Crème Fraiche, Kajers Micro Greens, and Showcased Vegetables used in Gazpacho
